Meet The Management Team

Many members of our management team have worked their way up through the company and we value the skills they’ve developed along the way; others have brought a wealth of experience from years in the industry. 


Chief Executive Officer – Jonathan Hall

Jonathan has worked for Consumables for over 20 years, covering every role within the organisation and was promoted to Managing Director in June 2012, following the successful completion of several key business projects. 



Chief Operating Officer – Tom Hall

Having built a reputation of client management, support and retention, Tom transferred those skills to Consumables in 2014 where he has helped grow business year-on-year by ensuring we continue to provide a level of service and support to our customers that we have become known for in the industry.


Chief Finance Officer – Jane Trenwith 

Jane was recently appointed to our Board as Finance Director. Her understanding of operational finance, aligned with a strong strategic awareness and remarkable attention to detail, ensures that our next stage of growth is in great financial hands! 



Head of Business Development – Matt Hance

Matt worked for Stephenson Supplies for just over 10 years, and following the acquisition in 2019, he has been our Head of Business Development. He works across all accounts, old and new, to ensure we are offering the best advice and products to our customers.


Head of Customer Service – Steve Carpenter

Steve joined us earlier this year and is responsible for anything customer service related. He has introduced key performance measurements across the team to ensure the customer experience remains a very positive one.


Head of Technology – Robert Slipko

Robert has been with Consumables for over 15 years, beginning his journey as a warehouse team member before advancing to roles such as Supply Chain Executive and Data Manager. Currently, as our Head of Technology, he leverages his extensive experience to lead our tech initiatives and drive innovation across the company.


Head of Supply Chain – Ela Zawadka-Stolarek

Ela joined us in September 2018 as Supply Chain Executive and then performed roles including Demand Planner and Supply Chain Supervisor before being promoted to Head of Supply Chain in 2022. Ela’s team is responsible for demand planning and ordering, as well as helping to solve any supply chain issues.


Head of Compliance & Operations – Camil Lambert

Camil started with us back in 2016 as the One-team™ Manager for apetito. Following a successful spell as Logistics Manager, Camil became our Compliance Manager, responsible for all things compliance, and has recently been promoted to Head of Compliance and Operations.
